The Sarasota Real Estate Market will remain a seller’s market. I expect 2022 will be similar to 2021 but with less frenzy, but equal demand, continued high sales volume, more price escalation and continued competition.
The Sarasota Real Estate Market experienced yet another month of strong housing appreciation. As we move into what is normally our busier season, my expectation is that prices will continue their remarkable strength.
