Examples of this bold and modernist character is found in every corner of our community and continues to influence architects around the world.
This week’s Sarasota MOD “Modern Roots” events presented by the Sarasota Architectural Foundation with seminars, tours and celebrations of the region’s many significant buildings and residences, projecting the original roots and evolution of the design over the last decades, will shine a light on this somewhat unpublicized element of our community.
Edward J. “Tim” Siebert is one of the early architects of the style, beginning his career in 1953.
